You can read English. You can write it. Then somebody asks a question and nothing comes out.
That gap is not a vocabulary problem. Most people in India already know enough words — what they have never done is produce them out loud, quickly, with somebody waiting for an answer.
No amount of grammar videos fixes that, because nothing in them is unexpected. You always have time to think. Real conversation gives you two seconds, and that pressure is the entire skill.
So this app does one thing: it puts a real person on the other end, in about the time it takes to open it. Ten minutes a day of that moves you further than an hour of study.

Yes. Level calls are free and capped at 15 minutes each. An optional Pro plan adds gender-based matching and removes the time limit — you never need it to practise.
No. You pick whether you are male or female, which is only used for matching, and that is the whole setup. No name, no email, no phone number.
It is built for them. Level 1 exists for exactly this, and the person on the other end is usually just as nervous — which is what makes it easier than practising with someone you know.

No. The browser version works on any phone or laptop, including iPhone. The Android app is better if you want it to ring while the app is closed.
